Wild West Undead, Explained
Wild West Undead is an upcoming zombie survival horror game currently in development by Tarantula Media. The developer promises an immersive, adrenaline-infused, action-packed adventure. Players will embark on what could be their most unforgiving and treacherous journey to the Old West.
Hordes of the undead will threaten to rip your head off. Meanwhile, you’ll be busy trying to solve the mystery that originated this curse, all while seeking the elusive Undying Grail. It truly sounds like it’s going to be an adventure and a half, so make sure to keep an eye out for when the game drops.
The ultimate zombie survival game
Players will join the ranks of the Undying Outlaws as they fend off hordes of the undead in dear old Wild West. Imagine The Walking Dead, but set in the Wild West. Players will wake up to a world overrun by zombies. They’ll be lone survivors, forced to survive the outbreak by any means necessary.
Players will explore a sprawling open world crawling with all sorts of dangers. They may run into other survivors who may prove friendly or hostile towards them. Hostile run-ins may require you to engage in shootouts that may go either way.
As lawless as the Wild West is, Wild West Undead seems more treacherous on paper. Let’s wait and see just how unforgiving a zombie-ridden Wild West translates when the game drops.

According to the website, it seems the gameplay will focus on your zombie survival instincts. You’ll explore a vast open world where danger lurks around every corner. You’ll need to scavenge for resources, perhaps craft tools and equipment that provide food, shelter, or protection.
To fight off hordes of zombies, you’ll need to master the art of combat. There’s a high chance you’ll have guns to protect yourself and shoot off zombies. Additionally, guns may come in handy during “shootouts with other survivors.” Or, you may make alliances with other survivors to survive.
Above all, Tarantula Media highlights “stunning graphics, immersive gameplay, and a thrilling storyline” as the three cornerstones that will provide players with an adrenaline-infused adventure in the Wild West. You can expect a multiplayer mode in the final product, as confirmed via the Epic Games Store.

Wild West Undead is currently in development by Tarantula Media. The same studio will also publish the game. You can grab the chance for first looks by downloading the demo today. It’s currently in Early Access for PC platforms via the Epic Games Store. Since the developing team is using the Unreal Engine, we anticipate a rich, graphically detailed environment in the final product.

You can also earn in-game assets through gameplay achievements, special events, or buying from other players via NFT marketplaces. This means that players will be able to trade in-game assets in marketplaces that support Ethereum, like MetaMask and Trust Wallet.
